"Hibiki" in Japanese, means chorus or harmony, and so the name symbolizes a unique "harmony of malts". We have carefully sleceted from our extensive malt whisky stocks 30 mellow varieties that have been aged in the white oak casks for many years to reach their peak of perfection. These have been blended with aged grain whiskies and further matured (married) leisurely in the casks. The sweet floral aroma from the aged malts combines with a natural woody flavor to create a truly distinctive whisky with a fullbodied taste.
